Akamai were looking to recruit graduates for their “Training in Technology” project. The programme is designed to turn tech enthusiast into programmers. They were looking to hire 23 applicants to train in the Krakow Centre in Poland over a 4-week period.
At the time Akamai were not a big name in Poland. Experienced in Tech recruitment, we took on the challenge to deliver a difficult campaign, to a difficult audience, in a difficult geographically area within a short period of time. We took a highly targeted and highly optimised approach to this challenge. We researched the audience and determined that a cross platform omni-channel approach would deliver the most optimisable and most successful campaign. Allowing us to connect with the most relevant audience in the most engaging way.
