CLIENT BRIEF

A UK based e-commerce campaign that drove a measured increase in online revenue. 

Reverse Attire is a forward-thinking Men’s Streetwear retail brand with many outlets across South Wales. They are a home-grown brand and have enjoyed rip-roaring success through brick-and-mortar stores. Crunch were chosen as their preferred partner to run a trial campaign aimed at replicating that same success online. 

SOLUTION

Crunch provided a digital first solution built on extensive audience research. This combined a direct-response sales approach with branding and awareness. The strategy included a mixture of Facebook, and Google’s e-commerce solutions. These included:

– Facebook Dynamic Retargeting

All transactions were tracked and related back to the campaign via both post-click and post-view analysis with detailed user journey modelling. This depth of campaign management ensured that return on investment was measured and allowed for real time conversion rate optimisation.
