Sage tasked us with the goal of Hiring Marketing specialists. Active channels were not delivering the results desired and they wanted to support their team to recruit the right people for the roles.
Our research and personal understanding outlined that Programmatic was the best way to approach the right audience. As 88% of the audience was not actively searching for jobs we used a Connect, Consider, Convert Approach.
Connect – Centred around advanced social media and behavioural targeting.
Consider – Advertise to any active searchers, used Programmatic email google and lead generation tactics.
Convert – Nurtured warm contacts through to applications via Indeed and retargeting tactics.
